Paid Parking has an 8-hour maximum time limit per day. If you wish to park long-term, please find the nearest parking garage or parking lot. Please see the locations SP+ Manages for more information, call 601-354-3138 to assist with your parking needs.

Paying a Citation: Please pay online at Ticketing and Enforcement. The back of the citation will give concise instructions on paying either with a Check or a Money Order made out to Park Jackson. We have included a self-addressed envelope for mailing the payment. Please include a stamp and the citation. If you wish to pay in the office, please call 601-966-4108, as we have 2 offices for your convenience. CASH IS NOT ACCEPTED.

Please review the instructions on the back of the citation. First level appeal is administrative only. If you disagree with the first level appeal, you can contact Park Jackson and ask for a Court Hearing. You will be notified of a Court Date and Time to be at the City of Jackson Municipal Court.

No, exact change is required, with a maximum of 8 hours. Paystations accept coins from nickels to $1 coins. An alternate form of payment at the paystation is a valid credit card. The most preferred form of payment is Mobile payment via a valid credit card. See the informational form provided for easy instructions. There is a box to check for a 15 minute notice before the mobile payment expires. This may give you the time needed to reach your vehicle before your time expires.

Additional information: Please have your form of payment, the amount of parking time desired, your license plate number, and the zone number (see the signage) before starting a parking session. Incorrect information may result in a parking citation. Please do not leave your vehicle until your parking session is activated. If you have a parking receipt from the paystation, please place the receipt face up on the dashboard.
